Q: When I request temporary workers from All Florida Personnel, when can I expect them to arrive on assignment?

A: The majority of our customers order workers the day before they are needed onsite. We can often accommodate same day requests, as well.


Q: Am I able to hire employees for extended amounts of time?

A: Our goal is to provide you with employees when you need them and for the amount of time you need them. The majority of AFP customers use our services because it allows for flexibility in their workforce. If there is a situation in which a customer wants to hire one of our employees full-time, it can be arranged.


Q: What type of jobs are employees provided by AFP able to perform?

A: AFP employees help keep your jobsite safe and on schedule and are able to provide services including:

  • Debris removal
  • Light demolition
  • Moving materials
  • Other employee services are often available by request


Q: What steps do you take to ensure that I’ll be satisfied with the employees you provide?

A: We examine several factors to ensure that we are hiring employees that will that meet or exceed customer expectations:

  • What is the scope of the work needed?
  • Where is the jobsite located?
  • What time does the job start and end?
  • Does the customer have any special requirements?
  • Who will the employees report to?

Knowing the answers to these questions allows us to assign the best available worker for your needs. We will review our pool of employees and match you with the best candidate for your particular job. In the event that you are not satisfied, simply let us know within 24 hours and you will not be billed for those worker hours. You will also be asked if you’d like a replacement employee.
